Our Journey
AZ Management is a story of resilience, vision, and the unyielding pursuit of possibilities.
As sisters who grew up behind the Iron Curtain in Warsaw, Poland, Agni and Kate Zygner learned early on that determination and hard work can turn the impossible into reality. Despite the challenging times, we seized the opportunity to study at an American University affiliate in Cyprus, opening doors to a world of possibilities.

Our Paths
Our careers took us on diverse paths, weaving through various companies, regions, and sectors, yet our shared foundation in classical violin training from the age of 7 instilled in us the values of diligence and perseverance. These experiences have been the bedrock of our professional ethos - never to give up and always believe in the transformative power of people and decisions.

We both started playing violin, and hard work since we were 7, and those experiences helped us to be hard-working, never give up, and believe that everything is possible it is just a matter of people and their decisions.

Experienced and open for new technologies, with entrepreneurial approach and broad experience in managing online business startups, Grants & EU Funds, Business Development, ioT/iioT 4.0 Labs & Projects Information Sharing, Sales and Operations, Online Affiliate Marketing, Digital Expert, Remote Online Work Management, Online Business Education, Marketing & Trademarketing on international markets.
Global international markets with a focus on: Italy, USA, UK, Austria, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Russia and CIS, Ukraine, Baltic States, CEE – Poland, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, and Cyprus.
9 Languages: English, Italian (fluent), Polish (native), French, Russian (good), Ukrainian (good), Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese (basic).

Agni Zygner's journey in the business world spans various sectors, showcasing a versatile and strategic approach across international markets, including the USA, Poland, Cyprus, Russia, and Italy. With IBM, American Express, Pepsi-Cola, and Capita roles, Agni has demonstrated a solid, goal-oriented approach, excelling in achieving strategic operational and commercial growth.
Specializing in risk management, anti-fraud, and cybersecurity solutions, Agni has also a proven track record in leading successful sales and operations teams.
Key achievements include closing a key global partnership for an Italian startup, transforming Capita's business in Poland, and speaking at the US-Europe Investors Conference in New York.
